We're bombarded with crazy beautiful messy images of life on here on a daily basis. It's easy to become disenchanted by it all. But still, every day I find shots on here that just blow me away. Post a shot that you've come across recently that really made you feel something - be it joy, anger, despair, or hilarity, or whatever. I'm interested to see the what and the why of it. For me the most recent one was a photo I stumbled across while surfing through the site mindlessly, and it just stopped me and made me feel the overwhelming love that every mother has for her child. I think @cocorose captured it beautifully in this shot:)
Great thread! I was just looking back through my favs and am just in awe by the talent on this site! This one really spoke to me recently with that mysterious fog and the curve of the path that just draws you in! @zuzana
This one reduced me to a few tears yesterday, it reminded me of my boys that I teach, I've been away from them for almost 6 months due to health problems, and I start back to work after Easter, it made me realise just how much I miss them and can't wait to see them again. @steeler
This one has already been mentioned, but i stumbled onto it yesterday and fell in love with it......i just think @steeler captured the feeling of childhood and being carefree perfectly, they look so happy! just love it =)
This one by @stefanieneves kills me every time I see it. I hope her account never gets doomed, because I will miss this image so, so much. I know it isn't recent, but I feel compelled to share it anyway. Such a tumult inside.
More recently (in the scheme of things), this one by the profoundly talented Lauren - @lauren211 - somehow I missed it when she posted it. This has captured, in so many ways, just how I see her in my mind's eye.
@pwallis Wow Paula, I am truly humbled by your comments on my pic and that you started this discussion around it. That photo is very special to me and you are spot on with the meaning behind it. I just love this one, I have children close to the same age and they are just full of life and know how to enjoy it. This pic says it all.
