Follow them first, make comments, etc and fav their pictures. That will get them interested in you so they will look at yours and will do the same. At least that is how I think it works. But I could be wrong.

i have to agree with previous. you have about as many followers as you are following. It is always nice to know a little bit about who you follow also. Where are you from- how does photograghy fit it your life ....What are you hoping to accomplish?

Hi Ellen. I find if you tell a bit about yourself in your profile and let us know where your from.. also if you're a a student please include that. what you'r interested in and what you like to accomplish that should help also ..I find if people leave it all blank they get often bypassed. as for finding new followers you must foremost be interested in following through with browsing their pictures and very important leave a comment telling them why you like their pictures..places of interest are Latest FPictures, Popular page, go to Days or new Faces. click on the picture you like and browse their calendar. you can also go to Hot topics and participate in the threads ..it get's you and your pictures out there. 365 is a social network - and, like on any other social network, you get what you give.

Invest huges amounts of time commenting (only positive of course) and start following your fellow 365'ers. Eventually they will throw themselves at your feet :-)
