I am really tempted to get one of these, have been looking at them since they came out. Does anyone on here have experience with these cameras? good or bad? and I would love to see some photos from people using them...
Yes. Have been using it on and off since it came out. Very easy to use, with the essential manual dials, great lens, large sensor, and compact. Also very good for available light photography.
I have one too, it produces beautiful images. It can be frustrating at times if you try to capture some fast action, the AF is not fast or always completely reliable. It doesn't focus well in low light either. Manual focusing is not user friendly either. Focusing is the only downside for me, everything else is amazing on that camera. I love using it.
I use my X100 a lot, you will see a lot of my 365 pictures taken with it. Its fabulous full stop. The latest firmware also shows the company's commitment to their product and has imkproved the AF speed a lot. I actuall love the things about it that others criticize (fixed lens, slower AF..) as it slows me down and makes me think more about composure. Dont use it for sports though! IQ and low light capabilities are amazing
I use one too, some of my photos have been taken with it (look at the EXIF data). It is frustrating and fantastic, but not in equal measure. I love it though because ultimately it's about image quality, and it's fantastic for that.
If you're an experienced photographer who is comfortable with manual settings, then you'll enjoy it. It isn't for the novice though!

I'm firmly in the Fuji camp when it comes to buying film, and my 1967 Fujica is my camera of choice.
