is it hot where you are? you could put a piece of chocolate on a stone in a garden and as it starts to melt, take a photo. I got chocolate and b&w.... what's the point of chocolate if its in b&w?
You could stage the photo - "plant" a hershey candy bar as if it were growing out of a corn stalk or a hershey kiss from a tomato vine, something like that? Or, maybe use oreo cookie crumbs as your "soil" and put an gummi worm and little green plant in it? I like the suggestion of @humphreyhippo .... particularly if you could swing a Willy Wonka scene! :) :)
@jsw0109 True. I like very dark chocolate though. ;)
Maybe a play on bars with distinctive shapes? I'm thinking Toblerone.
Though I'm now wondering if you have Toblerone bars over there.
Am now going to google chocolate bars of the world. ;)
@jsw0109 I struggled with whether I should convert the linked photo to b&w, but I think the cupcake still looks flavorful without the color (although, I also get where you're coming from, and, in my case, I converted to B&W because it was a red velvet cupcake, he was wearing a melon colored shirt and our kitchen walls are sort of a dark yellow/mild orange color and so the overall effect was distracting and conflicting color) ... http://365project.org/rockinrobyn/365/2012-08-04
You probably can't find chocolate Easter bunnies anywhere now, but my first thought was a tableau of chocolate bunnies in a flower garden.
Or, you know how chocolate-dipped strawberries are soooo fabulous? (Two of my favorite foods combined into one.) How about dipping various vegetables -- carrots, ears of corn (with the husks pulled back), tomatoes, green beans, asparagus, etc. -- in chocolate and arranging them in a "I just harvested these" basket with some gardening gloves, a watering can, and a trowel, etc.
@humphreyhippo I shop at a grocery store that has a section with foods from Great Britain. We have those Tiger bars too... are they any good? I haven't tried one. I like the Typhoo tea too. And why is spotted dick called that????
@jsw0109 Oh, and don't mean to hijack this thread to discuss your tag challenge, but your tags reminded me of this photo ..... a different take on b&w with chocolate....(I'm officially wasting too much time on the internet today) ... :) http://365project.org/mrsg2012/365/2012-07-17
Absolutely - chocolate goes with everything. Are you old enough to remember the cadbury flake advert where she's just eating a flake in a field of daisies or something.... it was a work of art... got to go now. Chocolate calling....
This thread made me so hungry, I had to go make dinner. ;)
@rockinrobyn I'm sure they have got smaller as I've got older. Like Curly Wurlys.
@jsw0109 Do you mean Lion bars? If so, they are brilliant. Always my favourite in an Xmas selection box. There used to be a TV advert showing the Lion bar splitting in two, trying to impersonate a lion roaring. Utterly unconvincing - but memorable. :)
I have no idea where the name 'spotted dick' came from (though it does taste very nice) - if I had to guess I'd bet it was some public school (Eton/Harrow) reference to a poor chap called Richard with acne. ;)
@humphreyhippo@jsw0109 just wanted to say Lion bars are the best, oh I wish we had them in Australia. I have to send special request with anyone traveling to England to bring one home.
Hmm. It's a tough one.
Chocolate flowers? (Maybe the wrapper into some origami thing?)

Googleing chocolate bars of the world? You're my kind of person! :)
Thank you all so much! You are/were a big help!! Will post pictures later
