Anyone else having problems with the upload?

My photo appears to upload okay but when I click CONFIRM DATES AND TAGS, the application just closes. Anyone else experiencing this? I have restarted everything and still am having the problem.

I had this a couple of weeks ago. Go back to the upload page and near the bottom it says "there is a basic version of the uploader here" (or words to that effect). Worked just fine for me that way, and was fine next time I tried to upload. Good luck!

when I try to upload a shot nothing happens at all, wonder if there is an issue, I don't usually come on this early so will try later.

I think there are regional riffs with the sight. I email when the upload is down, and sometimes I can close my browser and restart, and the upload will start working. Otherwise, @cookie123 @lynne5477 you just have to wait it out. The bug will soon pass.

I had this happen yesterday. I used the basic uploader and it worked fine.

Today's upload had no issues.

I have not been able to upload any pictures for two days, the Uploader is not working for me, either.

Took the advice of a couple of you and used the basic uploader. Worked great! The other way is still not working properly for me, though.

@obiwan Jobi, I used the basic uploader that was recommended by a couple of others and it worked fine.

The same thing happened to me when I click on confirm date and tags. I get a page coming up saying something to the effect that this page is no longer available. well I just click out of it and go back to Upload. hen it comes up I go to the top where it says click here and my uploaded picture shows up and I can now fill out my caption etc. try it. so in other words it was saved.

@bruni I'm having problems of a different sort... I can't seem to tag people or post comments and I can't view exit info or large... I think the problem is with my puter but so far only my access to 365 is affected - other websites I can access just fine... I'm swamped and haven't had time to run a virus scan or otherwise get this checked out...

i get an error message 500, indicates site under maintenance so i have done all i can do at my end. followed all instructions and even have switched computers, nothing has worked. can upload to all other sites but this one and not since last tuesday. was in the middle to two diffferent challenges, too. really bummed about this. have tried basic uploader, email, every which way, nothing works. must have 20 copies of same photo sitting there.

Still cannot upload any pictures. Basic Uploader does not respond, either. I have emailed Ross, twice. He told me to use the Basic Uploader, even though I had written it did not work either. I really hate to end the project this way. Fortunately, I do have a 365 album, so I will complete it.. Just not online.
