Cs5 help on bigger icons on toolbar etc

Hi Everyone
Does anyone know how to make the icons on the toolbar and writing bigger on cs5 they are really small ( I don`t mean the zoom on the picture) I find it hard to see the tools at the top and on the left hand side, and I don`t need glasses lol hahaha . I have a 24 inch monitor so it should not be a problem. I have tried looking on the net etc but i keep going around in circles. I also had a look into the settings and preferences on cs5 too.
I have windows 7 and I only want the adjustment to cs5 only.

I don't think it's possible I'm afraid.

For text size

Edit -> Preferences -> Interface and then change UI Font Size to Large.

Don't think you can change the actual icon size though.
