These sites tend to put a rather overinflated 'original' price on the items they sell, on the basis that people will jump at the perceived bargain.

Don't forget the potential hidden cost.

Friend of mine had to spend out £300 ($440 US) to replace the door lock on his pickup after some low life broke in to steal one of these - presumably thinking it was an expensive bit of kit!!

(Moral - if you buy one - don't leave it on show!!)
