Are there any Nikon Coolpix L810 users here ?

Hi Everyone
I know its my Daughter Tia doing this 365 and that she uses my Sony Xperia Phone Camera but I have a Nikon Coolpix L810 and its stopped working with the lens out, put new batteries in the on/off light will light up for about 10 seconds and goes back off again, I have a Friend who said hers is doing the same. Just wondered if anyone else here has had the same happening with this particular Camera?

My Nikon Coolpix L110 used to do that, but it usually fixed itself with fresh batteries. Hoping my new Coolpix P520 doesn't do that.

Just today bought the Coolpix L820...taking it on a trip, but will keep in mind the bugs you mention. If I love the way it works, I'll report back!

Thankfully the camera is now working after charging another set of batteries up x
