I just listened to the most wonderful story about the Concord Free Press in New Hampshire, USA. They publish books and give them away for free, only asking for donations.
One of the books published recently is "The Rockaways" by Gilles Peress. The photos are from the aftermath of hurricane Sandy last year.
A quote from the editor: “Gilles’ photos capture the devastation of the storm, while the essays from high school writers, long-term residents, and others give voice to the incredible changes wrought by the storm.”
