I have the Olympus Pen E-PM1 and wish to use it more but hate the fact it has no view finder. I find especially in bright weather the screen is almost impossible to see. And also I just generally perfect using a viewfinder too. Just browsing around at camera stuff and came across this. Olympus VF-3 Electronic Viewfinder

I don't have that camera so can't comment on the specific item, but i do have a sony nex - mirrorless system, and i have to say, that an EVF was a must-have for me when i was researching the purchase... if i hadn't bought the 7 (which comes with EVF) i would definitely have bought one as an add-on... for exactly the reasons you mention - shooting in bright light...
My Sony a77 has the EVF and I love it! I was apprehensive when I bought it whether I would like EVF as opposed to a regular viewfinder but it is fantastic and shows you how the picture will look before you take it... it feels like I'm cheating :)
