I have a portrait shoot coming up which I really some terms & conditions / contract for. Can anyone recommend a good place online to get them?

Thanks

Not specifically, but I have wondered the same thing (esp re Model Releases). I ended up googling MR + local professional bodies, MR + specific type of photography I am doing etc, finding a bunch of different stuff, downloading a couple of samples and making up my own as some kind of combination of different stuff I'd found. I'm not entirely sure how legally binding it is but I figure something is better than nothing? What type of photography is it?

Thanks Alison, it's family and child portrait photography.

are you doing the shooting? or are you the subject?

@slava on here shoots professionally and she rocks, may be worth asking her or getting her input?

The only bad judgement call on Slava's part if wanting to shoot male boudoir - or "moudoir" as i've dubbed it :)

EDIT: slava's account

Thanks Weng, I'll be doing the shooting.
Lol, I'm not planning on doing any "moudour" in the session :)
I'll send Slava a message, although I've a feeling she's not based in the UK (where I am) so not sure if hers will be relevant to me.

If anyone else knows about contracts for use in the UK, please let me know
thanks a lot

Hi Pea. If you send me an email to eve.pulsater@gmail.com I can send you an example of a model release form that I was given earlier in the year when I did a portrait / boudoir shoot with two professional models (picture at http://365project.org/creampuff/365/2014-06-05 ). The only thing I will say is that it is for a model 18 years and over. @deeganp

@aliha just realised I didn't press the reply button when I replied...oops

@creampuff i dont think thats what @deeganp needs. Your model release form is questionable as to whether you actually need it especially in the UK - but gives you the rights to use the images.

If i've read this correctly, @deeganp needs a contract to limit her clients usages of the images

@creampuff Thanks Eve, lovely shot btw. Very kind of you to offer a model release but it's actually a 'contract' I'm after, the model release bit of got already :)

@deeganp I may have something - email me at lfrazier8@outlook.com - I use a contract that you may be interested in. Laurie
