Around the world in a photo...

December 15th, 2010
Alright, so I thought it would be an interesting idea to explore the wide area of the earth that 365 covers by getting everyone to post an image that they have taken that sums up what it is like where they are at the moment (eg. Australia- summer/cricket and if its snowing where you are post a snowy image etc etc.) and also write which country the image was taken. Just share your photo in the comment box and we'll see where this idea goes...

ill start with:

I live in Australia and the Ashes cricket series are on at the moment.

Sir Francis Drake called Cape Town, South Africa "The Fairest Cape in all the World". It's summer here, and the south-easterly winds are blowing, bringing much-needed rain to the summer-rainfall interior of the country.

December 16th, 2010

We are in Australia as well and this week enjoyed some time soaking up the sun at the beach!!

We're in for a really wet summer here in south east Queensland, Australia. Had a thunderstorm last night, have had one all afternoon today, and still going tonight.

Hello from Denver, Colorado. This is a photo of our first snow this year. We haven't had more than a dusting since. We're hoping for a white Christmas, but you never know - it could be 60 degrees and sunny. Colorado is funny that way.

Here in southern Sweden it's cold and snowy, very slippery out right now after it rained a bit the other day only to have temperatures drop again... so it's super slippery outside now!
