Photoshop CC 2015 - New Free Trial

June 25th, 2015
Available June 15, CC 2015 (not just Photoshop) has a lot of new and improved stuff in it. You might like to try it if you don't currently subscribe. There is a 30 day free trial for all CC components; even if you have previously subscribed, you can go again. Adobe really wants you. Just saw the trial news at dpreview.com.

Thanks for this, Frank. I currently use LR5. If I tried CC 2015, would it download on top of my current Lightroom, and if I decided subsequently not to subscribe, what would happen to my existing Lighrtoom photos? It's taken me ages to get everything into the catalogue in a sensible way, and I shoot in raw and don't keep mostly keep copies of jpeg edits. I do of course have backups of the LR files, but could I just go back to using LR5 if I wanted to?

I'll back Frank up on this. I must admit that I was sceptical about CC originally but I have used it for a year now (just renewed my subscription) and wouldn't go back to the old fashioned "one-off, lump sum purchase" again. Getting updates to the products plus new tools whenever they are released is just superb! For instance, the new dehaze filter saves me quite a bit of time over using my old method and the super fast healing brush is just yummy!

@dolphin Molly, I don't know. It would be a question for Adobe. Call their customer service number for your country.

@dolphin Hi Molly your LR images will be unaffected its only if you try the new LR6 or LRCC that you will encounter issues. You will work in LR as normal and can then open images into PS CC and then save your work back into LR or as a stand alone image.
