Is anyone else having a problem with PicMonkey? For the last several days I have not been able to edit my pictures. I get an error message about every other time saying oops something went wrong and PicMonkey won't open. Frustrating!
I have always had problems with picmonkey saying the editing is slow etc. But recently, it just went berserk and would not save any of my edited pics. after lots of research and frustration, my husband determined that picmonkey does not "play nicely" with Safari. So now I open picmonkey in the google chrome browser and I have not had a single problem in a week. As a matter of fact, its working flawlessly (which it never did before). Possibly your problem???
@whimsicalgrateful@quietpurplehaze@dianen Thank you all for commenting on my pic monkey problem. I dont know yet what the problem is - it's very sporadic. First time I tried to use it tonight it would not allow me, I tried again and no problem, I don't use Safari- only Goggle, and I tried re-booting also.
@dianen I was reading your comment on Picmonkey. When you open it up through Google, how do you use the Royale program with your ace membership? I can't use it on my IPad through 365 but I can get to the basic program through Google.
I don't get royale with my ace membership. I think you only get royale if you pay for it. But with ace I can edit thru the 365 site instead of getting out of 365 and going to google. It works fine thru 365 and now fine thru google. But i think you don't get royale unless you pay picmonkey. I was confused too. Thought I'd get royale with ACE but I didn't. And now I use picmonaey less as I've challenged myself to learn how to use the photoshop program that I have. Does that help?
@juleshoogstraanderson@dianen Thanks so much for your comments. I still have occasional problems with PicMonkey - just the one that comes with the Ace membership, so I have started using Picassa more. I appreciate you both commenting to my problems. Thanks again.
I am struggling to get on to picmonkey t does not want to open properly, and I am an ace member so it is not that. Is anyone else having recent problems or is it just me and my lap top?
I always get this with Picmonkey and have to look at scripts to allow (Options bottom right on the screen) and then it's fine.
