Profile Picture Not Changed

Hi, not important but I've uploaded a different profile picture, and when I post a comment or reply, the 'old' picture shows alongside the box.

Any advice on what I've done wrong and how to make a successful change please?

It seems to take a little while for the change to come into effect - mine took several days

I changed mine a long time ago, but I notice my old one still shows up, but not all the time.

It's completely arbitrary! The same thing happened to me; now I'm afraid to change my profile picture. Ha ha ha! :)
