Email notifications?

This was touched on in May but I have just noticed that I am not receiving email notifications anymore despite my account being set up to do so. I have checked spam folder and reset my account settings but still nothing. It is not a big deal but wondered if anyone else was having problems? Thank you.

For me it did not work with an @hotmail.com adress. Maybe it is something like this? Works all fine with an other host.

I'm with gmail and get them all - there was a week or so when they all went in to the spam folder but it magically sorted itself out.
