Renew membership

My yearly membership finishes in few days. How do I renew? There is advice on ace renewal of membership but I'm not a ace due to our computer alocation which is a small amount. I did put a search in but had no luck, so would appreciate any help. thanks

If you are not an Ace member, you can continue to use your account, as is. You will not need to do anything further.

A few days before your membership comes due, I always get an option to renew when I open 365.

Does anyone know about payments for ace?! The past 3 years I have used prepaid Visa cards to get my membership. Today when I tried to renew, I can no longer use it. I think the site is considering renewal as a recurring payment even though you have to enter payment info each year. @homeschoolmom @debrac

@froggie0628 I used to be able to renew with Pay Pal but it wouldn't let me do that this last time so I had to use a credit card.
