Hi everyone, I have a few questions please! May I post other pics while participating in theme week? Is it limited to the number of pics per day e.g. only 1 allowed? Can it also be pics taken a while back that have not been uploaded yet? So many open issues still 😉 Thanks
You can post whatever you want during the week whether or not you are participating in a theme or challenge. Rules for themes and challenges are generally that you have to take and post them during the challenge. Most of the challenge descriptions will have a start and stop date on when the images are accepted. You can enter the challenges as many times as you want.
There are exceptions to the rules. Off the top of my head the MFIIAC (my favorite images in a collage) or the Album Cover Challenge can be taken anytime.
I just tried to post a pic which is not in the theme week, and it states that it is not conform with the rules! How do I post a photo which is not in the theme week?
I'm going to need a little more info... Did it give you an error message? If so, what was it exactly.
This project is one that you make your own rules to. I'm thinking you may have tried to post a picture in a date that you already have a photo. Since you are an ace member you can have multiple albums. To create new albums, go to Account on the upper right side - Choose account settings - Then Albums. From Albums you can create and name two more albums for your use. Some people choose a theme or concept for an album. I simply have one if I can't choose between two pictures for the day and one for themes and competitions. When you upload a photo, choose the album you want it in. If you already have an image for a particular album and day you will get an error. If that happens, either choose a different day or a different album. There is a default album that will always come up, but then you can choose which one you want your image in on the screen where you put your title, description and tags.
