Top ten photo editing programes (lost)

I wanted to download certain programes which were recommended to me, nut cannot find the discussion to see them! Where, how can I find the site?

@ludwigsdiana Look under Latest Discussions, then look at the bottom for VIEW Latest, click on that. Then, you have to scroll through until you find your discussion. They end up going further back. I posted the link for you above.
