Ace Membership Renewal

Hello all,

@carole_sandford and I go on holiday pretty soon and our Ace Membership will renew when we are away. We will have limited internet access and no mobile roaming.

Is it possible to renew our Ace Membership in advance? If so, could somebody let me know how please?

I agree with @30pics4jackiesdiamond I wanted to gift a membership to someone and Ross facilitated that when I emailed him.

you can pay in advance, if you update it will add the time from when it expires. i have done it before.

oh but come to think of it , i had a renewal link to use from email, i just got accounts mixed up because i was logged into the wrong one.... Ross will help you.

I've emailed Ross, but, on looking at the Ace Membership page, it appears to say "If you are renewing your existing Ace Membership your renewal date will include any remaining time on your account" so I'm guessing that @kali66 is correct, I can simply pay, it knows we're already members, so will just roll on

When mine ran out earlier this year. It was reminding me for over 2 weeks before I renewed it!
