what I found thanks to someone else's advice, was to click "no" on the apps page and save, then leave it for 10-15 mins and come back and click "yes" and save. That worked for me. Apparently has something to do with FB's new profile.
@metatransitions@vaderkip . Remove the app permissions from FB, then disable it from the 365 side. refresh or clear your cache and retry from the 365 side to add the app. I also had trouble, did this and it worked
