10 things on your Photography Bucket List

This topic was inspired by the topic @nikkers posted (hope you don't mind nikkers). I thought it would be interesting to see what each individual members' photography bucket list (things to photograph before you die) consists of, I'd love to see at least 10 from everyone; they can be as broad or as specific as you'd like.

Oh my goodness- I have so many things I could list here, but I will stick with my Top 10 (not in any particular order):

The Northern Lights
A Comet
The Parthenon ruins
The Grand Canyon
The old castles in England
The Great Wall of China
An African Elephant
Petra
I want to shoot wedding shots that are as beautiful as @jinximages
A portait of my two sisters I have never met

1 Gypsy Horse fairs
1 wild horses in spring fields or snow (Camargue, Connemarra, mustang, new forest, Monogolian, arab etc)
3 markets, especially in the Middle East but also Asia
4 Wedding shots, really natural, of people connecting
5 ancient sites of the world, especially Baalbek in Lebanon and Machu Picchu
6 early morning mists over Somerset, and Dorset and Pyrreneas mountainous (I/m hopeless at getting up early enough so I have to add that)
7 Portraits of old and young in traditional societies
8 Istanbul
9 Bali Temples
10 Traditional dancing, such as Spanish and whirling Dirvishes.

These are the things that came quickly to my mind:
1. architectural details of historical buildings
2. snowflakes
3. monthly pictures of Powell Gardens
4. One landscape site throughout the year from the same perspective
5. A good self portrait (haven't even attempted any self portrait)
6. falling rain
7. Liberty Park features from different perspectives (this park is photographed a lot)
8. A day in my dog's life-perhaps from "his point of view"
9. Smoky Mountains
10. every type of bird that visits my yard (some are too quick for me to catch as they fly in and then right back out)

When I read this I first thought of things I want to master in Photography as opposed to what I want to photograph, but here are a little of both.

1. Photograph my grandkids. My kids are young, but I cannot wait for grandbabies!
2. A bald eagle
3. Myself, want to master the self-portrait!
4. I want to master using my camera.
5. Ireland
6. Want to do some really good SOOC shots. Any subject.
7. Rocket Launch
8. Costa Rica
9. Disney World with my kids
10. Antiqua - went on my honeymoon, and would love to go back.

@sam_cr - Auschwitz is one of mine too

@musicguy1982 - keep in mind many Amish don't like to be photographed, at least portrait wise. It has something to do with their beliefs. I can't explain exactly why without messing it up, just something I know having grown up next to Lancaster County, PA.

I missed this thread but what timing as I was just pondering this the other day. My ten would be (in no particular order)..

1. Wild horses
2. Italy (Especially Florence, Naples, Tuscany)
3. An amazing sunset/sunrise while traveling
4. Giant Panda
5. Greece (Especially Acropolis & Athens)
6. Large sailboats
7. Kangaroos
8. Underwater photography (coral reefs, etc)
9. Lightning storm
10. A selfie I'm happy with

@terek55 no soccer ~ they are Lacrosse and Hockey boys :) Captured some great Hockey moments (thanks to my new lens :o) still waiting for the fields to clear for LAX

@la_photographic What's so appealing about the Jungfrau? It's probably not even the most famous of the Swiss mountains, so I'm curious why you particularly want to photograph that one.

I know someone who took the train up it with his wife and he said the views were stunning. I also like the name as Jungfrau is the German variation of my star sign Virgo.
