I am new to Photoshop and wondering why I don't have all the filter options and filters available.. i.e I don't have pixelate, artistic, distort, sketch and texture and I also don't have smart blur, lighting effects, diffuse, glowing effects, tiles, trace contour etc...
Am I missing an add on or am I just missing how to get them working????? They are there just not clickable
@silverhorn the picture you are editing could probably be in 16-bit mode. In Image>Mode, check if it is in 16-bit, then change it to 8-bit mode and try again. :)
