Hi everyone, I so often see that people I follow say "see previous post here". I posted a pic on my main album today which was a comparison shot of a cropped version yesterday. How do I post the "see it here". I tried to copy and paste, but it does not work with me. I would appreciate any advise, TIA :-)
all you need to do is type
< a href= " then the web link you want to go to "> then the words you want will be in blue < /a>. Have no gaps, as I've put here, ( it wouldn't post gapless,!) DO NEED the gap between a href though!!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Thanks Jackie, you're a strar! Will give it a go although it sounds very complicated.
So now I did it and thanks to your perfect explantion, I got it there. It still would interest me how to just get the only word "here" there though.:-)
Hey Diana if you start a reply here and look under the box you type into there is also a link that says How can I format my reply? The explanation there is how we do it.
Here is how I posted the link to my macro.
Again, like Jackie I have to add some spaces or the site will try to convert my reply to html and so you will see the result instead of the way it is done.
The first line is the a href. You can put your link between the " " but you have to remove any spaces you see in the line below!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond@koalagardens Thanks so much for your help in this for me rather complicated issue, your advice is very much appreciated. After practicing on an older post, I think I got it right :-)
@ludwigsdiana well done! once you get it working a few times you will know you can do it. any time you forget, either bookmark this page, or use the "how can I format my reply?" link below this reply box to get the tips again

< a href=" https://365project.org/koalagardens/xtra/2023-03-26" >
The after the > type any text you want
Then add the the closing tag < /a >
I know it seems tricky but it does work a treat
I usually take the code you get for hitting that little magic sharing button, and just paste it then pop the link text in between the < and the >
Hope you get it figured!
