I looked deeper into the link and followed to this 15 min documentary about hisliofe and how he does it. It's a good story about how he was in a bad place and photography gave him a new outlook on his life.

I gave this a try tonight. Not bad for a first go at it. I'll try again once I make an LED light for more intensity. This was with a disposable cyalume stick.
