Can't be sure but it looks very like a hoverfly, they're basically fake wasps...

I could be wrong though and I'm not sure of their real name...

Its a Hover Fly, family Syrphidae. Possibly the genus Eristalis. Nice macro.

I got a shot of a similar creature the other day, Someone told me it's a Honey Bee but it looks suspiciously like your Hover Fly. I may have to go and edit my description.

It's not a European honeybee, it has no antenna and it's wings are too big. But it could still be a bee
