got my first photography "job" today

i have been asked by my friend to take photos at her daughter's birthday party,i hope i can do it justice, if it goes well i may just have found a place in the market to tap into, weddings and christenings are pretty much catered for aren't they? but who wouldn't want a visual record of their little ones birthday without missing all the fun by being the one behind the camera ;)

i loved it! it was so easy as i just wandered around the room snapping away,it was all candid shots,just what i like,took well over 200 pictures and have edited and cropped a few and deleted a few more and ended up with about 160 usable ones.
my friend offered to give me something for taking them but i said no as i was just happy to have the practice
