Please Help

I have been asked to provide a photo of mine to someone in either 300dpi or A4 in size by email. My brain isn't working.... well it never does ... and I was wondering if someone could help by telling me this in a different language I might understand.

IM NO EXPERT BUT I PRESUME YOU PHOTO IS TOO BIG?? SO YOU CAN RESIZE IT ON PHOTOSCAPE CLICK ON RESIZE BUTTON AND MAKE SMALLER

A4 is 210 × 297 mm. 300dpi is print quality

open in Photoshop; go to the image tab; scroll down to image and click it; in the image size menu go down to resolution and type 300 pixels/inch.
