Posting pictures on Discussions

How do you post a picture on a discussion??? i have tried so many ways and i cant figure it out! i am new to this so you need to be patient.

On the right side of whatever picture you want to post to a discussion, if you scroll down some, you should see a box that says "share" and has a code in it. Copy the code and paste it into the discussion.
