Wow, that was a close finish! Or should I say a photo finish?! Ten minutes before finish there were two candidates with same number of votes. Now I can present the winner, being @mikegifford, congratulations Mike!
Also congrats to @aurorajane being a close number 2, with only 2 votes less:
Also all other csc-7 participants, thanks for sharing and commenting.
For those who want to try the contrary of panning, see my today's shot as a farewell photo of this challenge.
Hope to see you back again in csc-8!
Thanks for selecting my cycling shot as a finalist! All the entries were great! Also, thanks to everyone who participated, reviewed pictures, and voted! I'll start asking for a host and we'll get the next Camera Settings Challenge setup!
@mikegifford Congratulations Mike.
We have now added that IF you really want to host a challenge you can for those photographers who really know a setting they want to teach.
I will post the link of photographers you can ask.
Let's plan for the challenge to last 6 days, 1 day vote, 3 days (hopefully to start then next challenge. The goal would be to start the next one by Saturday or Sunday if possible.
@myhrhelper Thanks! I looked at the list from this link: http://365project.org/myhrhelper/365/2011-12-12 and I've started asking around for a host since some of these folks on the list either follow me, or I follow them already. We'll get a CSC-8 started as mentioned.
@mikegifford@amyhughes Hi Amy,
I think you could start whenever you are ready.
Let's leave the challenge up for a longer period of time (perhaps 6 days) some people said they didnt' have time to do the challenge.
Thanks Amy,
Congratulations Mike!
Thanks Amy! The only suggestion I have after looking through the previous (now) 7 challenges for camera settings is to consider offering something along the lines of "off camera lighting", but whatever you want is fine.

This was a fantastic shot!! Congratulations
This is your option MIke - Yourself, someone you select or Amy Hughes if you want.
Congratulations again!
@amyhughes Amy, I posted the request on your JW Baugh video posting.
Thanks, Mike
