Firstly apologies for not posting this morning, my Internet is broken so having to do everything via my mobile phone, here is the instruction for Week 16
As a lot of people are being challenged to Street shot's in the Get Pushed challenge why not give this one a go as well :)
"Wait for rain, it makes shooting on the street easier and more interesting "originally set by Martin Parr
It is up to yourselves on how you interpret the instruction.
Please remember only 1 photo per person (to try and get people to think more about the instruction) and tag it SPN-16, entries must be taken between now and midnight this coming Sunday (26th August)
Next Monday the winner of week 15 will choose 5 of their fav's so we can have a vote.
Also, remember that one of the rules was no camera phone shots
You can follow @spn_challenge so the weekly instructions show in your
news feed
Freaking Drought!!! I live in Seattle and haven't seen rain for a few weeks (which is actually a good thing) may need to get creative on this one cuz I completely agree.
Yeah sorry guys I knew when I posted it there were going to be some people somewhere in the world which this would be tricky for, but dunno what else I could do. Sprinkers, fountains etc? As Travis said "need to get creative" :)
LOL. It's been 100+ in So. Cal for quite some time. But this should really force some creativity. Doing this in winter would've been too easy for some. :-)
That phrase is very true. When I street shoot in the rain, the rain and umbrellas provide cover or stealthness in shooting, also the way rain reflects light and color and changes appearaces of faces and hair etc. Weather here though predicting a week of sunshine.
Great stuff Jase I like the theme and would love some rain, haven't had any in a while, just wondering if you could have a chat with Mother nature to arrange rain drop of points :)
