Thank you so much to everyone who participated and voted in the last challenge! @crickle1969 (Crickle) set a cracking challenge! :D
This week’s WWYD challenge has something a little different - an optional HDR component for those of you who love HDR – here is your chance to compare lots of different interpretations!
You can submit
(1) an HDR version using the 3 JPEG images I have posted (see below for links),
(2) an edited picture of the one JPEG below – add, remove, crop, recolour, filter – anything goes.....
(3) or you may even think of a hybrid of an edited HDR....
The starting photo
How to enter the WWYD62 challenge:
- Click on the enlarged version and save the photo on your computer and edit it in absolutely any way you'd like.
-If you would like to create the HDR version, visit
http://365project.org/ltodd/extras/2012-08-20 and
http://365project.org/ltodd/extras/2012-08-21
for the additional exposures.
- post your version of the edit in one of your albums to count for entry.
- tag your photo WWYD62 in the tag section when you upload it.
- remember that posting your photo in this discussion list is OPTIONAL. You might also chose to discuss some of your settings – there are lots of people who would love the chance to learn from those more experienced.
- to load your edited image to this discussion, go to your photo, copy the "share" code to the right, and paste it here.
- Multiple entries are fine!!
- Contest will start today Tuesday, 21 August and will end Tuesday, 28 August.
- 5 entries of a range of different editing will then be selected for the 365 community to vote for the host of the next challenge.
If you have any questions, feel free to post them here - I look forward to seeing your entries !!!!
@ltodd This is the first thing I thought of...For Sale. I've got some more ideas but need a little time to create the edit. Adding an HDR element to the pic is rather interesting...adds more steps to the edit ;-)
@crickle1969 you are on fire!! I really like the painted flow of the oranges, the tones of the blue one, and I had to look twice at the glass one to work out what you had done - very clever :)
@egad - how cool - this reminds me of the Rocky Horror house! :)
@deburahiru @jvcnovice
Pfffttt.. 'Scarey Poppins' - sorry
