Now, it's time for the new ETSOOI challenge...
For the ones amongst us who don't have a clue what ETSOOI means, here is some info: "ETSOOI is an acronym that was started by MaryBeth @espyetta (good idea, thanks!) that means Edit The Sh**/stuffing/shenanigans Out Of It. It's the war cry of the hopelessly PS addicted and here on 365 we like nothing more than to feed those addictions!" :)
The challenge will start today, July 4th and ends Wednesday July 10th midnight. Your photo must be taken during that time. Voting will commence as soon after this time as I have looked through the entries and picked 5 finalists. The winner will host next challenge and choose it's theme.
The folowing themes have been used already: emotion, movement, reflection, weather, energy, water, wildlife, light, transparency.
I've picked theme - "VIBRANCE/COLOR" this week because we all like colorful and vibrant pictures. I love black and white and I tend to be in a phase where I convert everything to black and white, then I enter a phase where I see the importance of color to convey the mood in certain pictures and try to enhance and play with color in my pictures. So, let's play to our heart's content with color and vibrancy. This just doesn't mean fussing with the slider in the editing software. This means looking for bright, vibrant colors to convey an idea/mood and then editing to highlight them.
Tag your photos ETSOOI-13. Take and edit as many pictures as you want as long as they are within the challenge dates. Remember, the idea is to feed your PS(or Gimp or Picasa whatever) addictions. :-) Please post your pictures here in this thread as well if possible.

Ah rubbish - I took a great vibrant ETSOOI shot yesterday and thought to myself that it was a shame there wasn't a current ETSOOI challenge on, and I miss it by a day! :(

@benjamaphone Ben, you did really miss it by a day. You had perfect photo for the etsooi vibrance/color challenge.
I'm not really very particular with the dates and such, especially when it is so close, I would have totally allowed this to be entered into the challenge, however, why don't you take this chance to retake and reedit that same subject and have more fun. I'll be looking forward for your entry. :-)
@benjamaphone me too, Ben! I liked my crazy puddle in the rain ETSOOI and as I was ETSOOI-ing it up, I was like "darn! We are in between ETSOOIs!" Haha
