Lauren, thank you so much, and more so for hosting the mini portraits challenge, you did a beautiful and thoughtful job. All of the entries were amazing and was a cute technique to share.
So I will try to get something up and running for the next challenge soon.
I'm currently researching lighting techniques for nudes, but frankly I'm finding it a little distracting.....I am just being cheeky.....nobody freak out.
@gigiz Congratulations! Well deserved win with your awesome shot! You are a perfect person to host the next challenge as well. You can teach us one or two of your wonderful techniques. Love your pictures. Looking forward for the new challenge. I'm not sure about the nude one, but anything else I'm game. :-)
Gigi did a great job with this technique challenge, and so did @colie, @kali66, and @northy. I loved all your entries. Colie, I am in awe with your eagle picture, hats off both for the idea and the execution. Kali, maybe it's because I don't know about thimbelina and the story behind it, out of your two pictures, I loved the one with the bird watching you fly. @northy the chess picture is clean, bright and great. I feel so honored to be in the top five with all you big guns. :-) I also thought Helen's @lenimiss dollhouse picture is great.
@lam Lauren, I really honestly thought you did a great job providing feedback to the participants. You have given very thoughtful suggestions and always took the time to provide perfect constructive criticism. I really enjoyed this challenge. I will surely try this technique more when I got time.
Thank you so much!
You are welcome! I am glad everyone enjoyed the challenge and I'm very happy I could provide some useful feedback. I hope everyone learned a lot and is proud of their work!
