I'm doing my first 365 this year and am finding doing monthly themes a useful way of staying on track and stretching my creativity. In Jan I did 'colour' and this month I am doing the challenging black and white book club. I've started thinking about what to do next month and have been looking through ideas here and in other blog posts.
I was just reading the 31 shots: March challenge post and thought it would be good to do, but I cannot for the life of me think of a subject that will keep me interested for 31 days... so back to the drawing board then..
I saw a post that mentioned numbers as a theme. I quite like the idea of 'numbers' for March as numbers really are everywhere: houses, cars, dice, tape measures, signs, tickets... I don't think it's too narrow or restrictive, can be indoors or outdoors, colour, b&w and could give licence for macro work and many other techniques.
This wouldn't be a competition or anything, just a 31-day theme.
Anyone up for giving it a go with me? Some of us are going to give it a go!
@lynnilou No pressure, you might have something that you like more! I've changed my original plan. That's the beauty of this site, one follows paths and ends up doing different stuff!
@dibzgreasley Hey! I'll try to include numbers into my colour scheme :) Problem is, that I can't take photos every day, cause I have busy month at work.
