I know I said I would wait until the first of the year to start a new mundane challenge but I just can't wait any longer! Plus it seems like we have had a little flurry of activity lately and some new members after Christmas so here it goes!
Thank you to Mark Prince @markp for hosting the last mundane challenge!
After much thought I have decided on Ice has a the new mundane item. It has been pretty cold around here - and for those of you enjoying summer maybe you could use some images of ice to cool off. I know this creative community will deliver some outstanding ICY images.
The only rule says "There can be no question that the item in the challenge is the star"
You are free to use any photographic technique you would like to use to capture this mundane object, and then edit it appropriately.
Please tag your entries mundane-ice
The starting date is today, Sunday December 28, 2014 and will run through to the end of Monday January 5th, 2015 PST.
Voting will start shortly after the finalists are selected and will last for a couple of days, and the winner will be announced shortly thereafter.
Your entry must be taken within the challenge time frame to be considered as a finalist.

Thanks for playing along!!
