What Would You Do 134 (WWYD134) Challenge Now Open

August 10th, 2015
Many thanks to all those who participated in the Challenge and voted for my WWYD133 Champion Dog! Also, thanks to Ann @olivetreeann for hosting the Challenge!

The base image for the WWYD134 Challenge is SOOC and taken in Alameda, Ca several weeks ago. This shot has tons of possibilities for sharpness, tonality, composition and many more things. Here is the starting image:

There are no hard and fast rules of processing in the What Would You Do competition- it's all up to your imagination and whatever processing you see fit. There are time limits though. WWYD134 starts today Monday Aug 10 and goes to Tuesday August 18. You can make as many entries as you'd like but only one might be chosen for the vote-off. Voting will begin shortly after the close of the Challenge after the finalists have been chosen and the winner will be announced on Friday August 21.

Tag your photos WWYD134.

To copy this picture to your computer, click on the picture and go to my project. Left click on the picture and select "save picture as" in the drop down menu. Give the picture a title (I'd suggest WWYD Base) and then save the shot.

An alternative method and it may provide a larger pixel starting image is to click on the image above and go to My Project, then click on right hand menu and select View All for Sizes. Select Large or Original and paste the link to your browser's address bar. You can then save as mentioned previously with a right-click and "save picture as".

Now you're set to edit the picture in your own processing program, or if you are an ACE member, you can also upload the shot to your project and process it in Picmonkey by choosing "Edit Photo/with Picmonkey" after you've posted it to a date.

Good luck and I'm looking forward to seeing what your creative minds do with this one!

Feel free to post your pictures below so others can be inspired.
