New Abstract Mundane Challenge Hinge

January 8th, 2016
The Mundane Abstract Challenge is the same topic as the Mundane Challenge. The Mundane Challenge topic is chosen by the winner of the previous Mundane Challenge and that was Janet B. ( @janetb ), who has chosen HINGES for the new challenge!

Your abstract image must differ from any image you submit to the regular Mundane Challenge, so you cannot double tag your posts. You can be more imaginative in the use of the item for this abstract challenge. You are free and welcome to use any photographic technique you would like to portray this mundane object in an abstract way.

You may enter as many photos on the subject as you'd like, but they need to be taken during the challenge time frame to be considered for a finalist.

Please tag your entries: abstract-hinge

You can see entries here http://365project.org/search/discussions?q=abstract-hinge

If you post your abstract-hinge photos in this thread, as it might help to inspire others to participate and keep the thread alive for future challenges.

Since the mundane challenge has been running for a few days, and the fact that some of you already knew this challenge was coming, all images between January 3 and January 13 will be considered for the finalists.
Voting will take place January 14 through midnight EST January 17.

The winner of the abstract portion of this challenge will host the next challenge after the regular mundane object has been chosen.
