Hello everybody (including the new people, nice to have you here).
Each week we post a theme, you can enter photos from your project that are within the time frame. Last weeks theme was "Holiday Spirit" and we Voted Paul the winner! Well done to him.
Paul has chosen this weeks theme to be "Blue".
To enter your photo in to the Blue theme please tag your entries with theme-blue exactly like that (no spaces)
Try and be creative and come up with something unique. 5 finalists will be chosen next week and we'll vote on the winner then.
-------------------------
Entry to this theme starts on Monday (3rd January) and will accept entries until Sunday night (23:59 GMT 9nd Jan).
Entries must have been taken and uploaded this week only! Entries outside of the date range will not be accepted in to the final 5.
Seems like a many of us don't bother read all instructions;) Each photo must be Taken And uploaded within the time range. Perhaps some just take the chance to show older pictures? @karlacrowney
ross i noticed that there were instantly a lot of theme-blue tags straight away, it seems as though a huge portion of them were from the "blur" theme a couple of months ago. i guess this means they missed out on entry into that due to a typo, bummer for them, i remember almost doing it myself at the time.
nothing you can do, just thought i'd post ... if we want to enter the theme we need to sype carefully etc :))
@karlacrowney hi karla, see my post above, they were mostly typos ... except for a few recent ones that are out of the date range. sad that they missed out on the blur theme huh.
awesome, good luck to everyone. to enter add the photo u want, go to edit, and put the tag as "theme-blue" without the speech marks, and it will be there.
I wasn't very creative with this theme, but considering it is my first & I'm brand new to the contest....I'm kind of excited! Thanks, Ross for creating and sharing this grand adventure! :)
@mememo
You just need to tag your photo "theme-blue". You know, when you edit the description of it,there`s also "tags" section, you tag it according to the theme you want to qualify it for.
About themes: If you can, where can you see the photos people have entered for a week's theme? I thought it was under Browse by tag but those seem to just be tagged with the word "blue" instead of "theme-blue".....Just wondering.
@remrafer simplest way is to go to the 365 homepage (click logo at top) .. then scroll down - on the right handside you'll see THEME, under that there's two links - [theme] blue, and BROWSE ENTRIES
**my question is - how/who narrows the entries down??? "5 finalists will be chosen next week and we'll vote on the winner then"
I just did mine, first try at this contest/theme thing.... I did put the tag on my pic for the theme-blue, but I just searched it and its not showing up? did I do something wrong.
@ Jenn Glasser - my tagged photo is also not showing up in the pool. Can anyone explain how the photos are organized in the pool? Are they ordered by upload date & time, or by the order in which they were tagged?
@lynne3804 - I really think I've got it tagged correctly. When I click on the tag on my photo page, it takes me to the pool of all the other entries, but mine doesn't appear to be there.
Great theme - always the way though - I just did a blue pic yesterday ;)
I'm looking forward to see what everyone comes up with! should be awesome!

I'm glad I found project 365 this year as it's an excuse to take lots of photos and try and become a little more creative.
