i usually just cut and paste the last challenge info, and change the info that needs to get changed such as dates, challenge number, and the optional tags that you choose.
You can run the challenge for two or three weeks - your choice according to your schedule. There are no set rules, we are pretty easy-going in that regard.
Once the challenge is over, you can go through the entries and choose your finalists. Let me know if you have trouble setting up that page at that stage and I can help.
