Many thanks to everyone that voted for my abstract leaf in the last challenge.
For the new Abstract Mundane Challenge – the subject is WATCH which has been chosen by the winner of the previous mundane-challenge @fearinnocent.
Entries for the challenge should be tagged: mundane-abstract-watch
You may enter as many photos on the subject as you like but they need to be taken during the challenge time frame to be considered for the final voting.
Challenge begins today March 27th (Tuesday) and will end on April 7th (Saturday)
I will then select 5 finalists and post for voting shortly thereafter.
You must use different photos for the regular mundane and abstract mundane challenges and can't enter the same image for both – but the abstract one could be an edited version of the mundane one.
To make a clear distinction with the mundane challenge, really focus on ABSTRACT, i.e. photo where one cannot recognize that this is a watch!
Good luck! I think @fearinnocent has chosen quite a interesting subject and I looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Then it's down to folks to vote for their favourite!
@redandwhite Hi Catherine, For the mundane-watch challenge @fearinnocent has posted another thread. Is that the same thread there we had to post our photo's with mundane-watch instead of abstract-watch.
I'm a little confused now....
@jacqbb There are two challenges running in partnership. One is the Mundane challenge, the other is Mundane Abstract. In the first you post a photo of the object in question, in the second you use that object to take or process a photo to present it or parts of it to result in an abstract. I realise where the confusion comes in. I will edit the above post to change the tag to Mundane-abstract-watch.
