Well the month is finally over and I am so impressed by the amount of photos that were tagged abstractaugust. I really enjoyed the month and seeing things differently. Since I listed this as a challenge, I guess I have to come up with a top ten of the month. I had my lovely assistant go through each and every photo after she read the article on abstract to see what photos moved her. I then narrowed her 75 to ten to come up with this (and yes my mom actually had 106 by picking all of mine).
Thank you, Paula! It was a great challenge and really opened my eyes to new things. A HUGE thank you to your assistant for looking at our work and yay, one of mine she liked! I don't think this will be the last of abstracts here, well not for me anyway. There's still a few on my list I didn't manage to get during the month so I'll be looking out for them. Thanks again for starting it, it was awesome!
It was a cool challenge, and I actually took abstract shots yesterday. As soon as the mandatoriness of doing an abstract was lifted off my shoulders, it felt fun again :-) Thanks for including me in the top 10 :) Great shots @everyone !

These are all great! I had a blast taking abstracts...I didn't think I would, but my eyes are opened to a new world now. Thanks for coming up with the AA month. :-)
