I struggled with the comments about the rules for this competition and in the end went with the suggestion of the previous winner and chose to only exclude the 12 most recent songs. Had I not done that and continued to keep the long list going, I see that this winning song would have been disqualified. My apologies to the purists who preferred to keep with tradition. I will now leave the choice in the hands of this winner!!

Katy @grammyn noticed that the Song Title challenge has fallen by the wayside and asked me about it in the Weekly SH*T list.
So, I checked back on that particular challenge and Kiwi was the host. I guess there was some mix-up on the tagging with some people using 'songtitle64' and some people using 'songtitle-64' with a hyphen.
Kiwi short-listed using just one tag. There was a discussion during the vote thread and everyone decided that Kiwi should short list using both tags, and set up another vote.
That was not done.
Kiwi has not posted since the end of May. She has been ill.
I don't mind setting up the vote using both tags now that I know what has happened.
But, I believe the protocol is to ask the previous host to do the honours (and that would be you - lol!!)
I can do it if you would rather not.

Oh dear me! My brain was strained with trying to manage the one challenge and I am so sorry to learn that K1w1 is/was ill and I would be more than happy to decline any further effort to play host!! I am more than happy to have you host!! Unless you want to have the runner up be tagged? Your call!! And thanks!!!!
