Control F = Find

My husband asked me why I didn't use this to find a name. Well, doh! I don't ever use these shortcuts. It sure makes looking for a name so much easier especially on your friends list. It works on any page. Don't know about using a Mac though. Thanks Pax!

You can also (depending on browser) use F3, and that's the same in most other applications too.

If there were no matches, then none were found on the page.

It's only to search on the current page you're looking at @bruni , it's a feature of the web browser not the website :) So you'd need to be on your followers/followees page first

@dmortega on a mac it's command (or apple) F. Yes that does make it easier!

@Steve...thank you. now I understand and of course it worked. I thought if you put a name in it will find that person for you. someone not on a follower list

It finally occurred to me recently to use it to see if I had already commented on a photo. Yep, the memory's not so reliable anymore...

@bruni --- It works on the page that is on the screen. Michael Goodling was his name and he is in Africa. He closed down his account here and took me off his friends list on facebook. He and his family are doing missionary work. I don't know when he stopped but he has.
