i go through this....you can try finding the letters of the alphabet in the environment or randomly open a dictionary, point to a word and let that word be your inspiration for the day....

look at what other people are doing or other people find appealing and use that for inspiration. My favorite thing is to get out of the house and find the ordinary and make it something.
