Would like advice

Can anyone tell me how Juliette Packham gets the look she has on her last photo. Kind of a dreamy look. Is it done with with a lens or photoshop or what? I really like it but it will probably out of my reach. Thanks

Looks to be either HDR or some HDR-alike effect. You stick your camera on a tripod, take three (or more) shots at different exposures (at least one under-, one over-, and one correctly-exposed) and then merge them in interesting ways using specialist software.

Thank you all for advice. I did ask but I think she is just to busy maybe to answer questions. She has amazing photos and I would love to learn more but didn't know where to start. @eyebrows

I have tried using HDR but don't seem to be able to even come close to this effect.
