One comes to my mind immediately; keep the background simple so the focus is on the product. But nothing else as far as tutorials. Start practicing with your own personal hair ties etc if you own any or if not things similar in size to get a feel for the kinds of challenges you might run into. best of luck.
You can get a lightbox starting kit for about $30 or so at Walmart or if it's hair bows I would suggest finding a little girl to model for the shots so people could see how they look on!
