Today was hard. I WFH along with organizing a play date in the house! The daughter and I took a trip to Target this morning to buy supplies for baking cookies that her friends love. I ate two of them and feel super guilty. In the evening I drive her to her band. I am proud I managed to walk 45 mins at 3 mph and 3 incline today.
