I had to go into town early this morning (my 7 month old puppy was getting spayed), so took the opportunity to visit Lake Rotomanu. This is a tiny lake in New Plymouth. The family use it a lot for water skiing and wake boarding. The lake is so small though only one boat is allowed to go around at one time. This is the same bird, but I liked both the silhouettes.
This is so interesting. My first thought was that the structure was some type of Asian temple... but I now realize its a jetty
