On Thursday I drove to Auckland (babysitting duties plus a very important rugby game!!!). I hadn't taken many photos - even on the drive north, as it was a wet and miserable day. So I went out on the streets after arriving in the city. I quite liked the effect of the long exposure with this one - the ghostly people - I also liked the colours in the reflections on the wet pavement.
@graemestevens Thanks Graeme - I was reasonably happy with the result. @777margo Thanks for commenting - it is a bit different. @robz It is actually hoardings in front of construction - I like the way they have put the wavy lights in it. @stimuloog - same as I told Rob - I rather liked those wavy lines - that what first attracted me to the scene. @dawnee Thanks Dawnee :-) @jgpittenger Thanks Jane - I like that you think it mysterious :-) @moonmtn Thanks Kahsia - it feels a bit strange having a tripod in the street - you get a few looks.
